Upon booking, lessons are payable a minimum of 24 hours prior to the session commencing. Payments are to be made by bacs. Instructors reserve the right to refuse entry to the pool for any unpaid swimmers.
For the swim school - You may cancel a single session up to 24 hours beforehand, however all payments are non refundable. By signing up and reserving a swim slot, you accept these terms upon registration. We are not able to fill spaces last minute and have a waiting list. We are not obliged to refund any payments due to cancellation on your part.
If we have to cancel sessions due to ill health or pool closure, we will refund these sessions.
Our swim school is invoiced termly. You will receive an invoice one week before the new term starts. We require full payment for an entire term and cannot receive part payment due to commitments or pre arranged dates that means your child is unable to attend any particular swimming lessons. With pool hire costs and a swimmer waiting list, we appreciate understanding in this matter.
Enrolment is automatically rolled over to the next term. Unless you notify us, we will assume you require lessons for your child/children and will send bills in line with our policy.
We require a minimum of 4 weeks notice for cancellation of lessons. If 4 weeks notice is not given, a bill of £36 per child will be invoiced and payable immediately.
All adult swim sessions must be paid for to secure your booking for both 1:1 and group sessions. Any cancellations made after booking are non refundable.
We are not obliged to offer you an alternative, nor refund your payment.
